After you secure your spot in the challenge, you'll come in, meet the team, get a tour of the facility, and get all your challenge resources.

Then on January 27, the 6-week challenge will officially start!

Week 1

In week 1, we'll get you started with our 30-minute workouts (we recommend 3-4 per week) 💪 and making sure you're properly hydrated 💦.

These are a combination of strength training and cardio and specifically designed for any fitness level.
